Hi, I’d like someone to get into contact with me please. I ordered on the 09/05/2021. On my confirmation email it says it is to arrive between 14/05/2021 and 18/05/2021. It then changed to delivery on the 19/05/2021, changed again to 30-31st May 2021. Now it says 31-1st June. I’d like someone to tell me if it is actually in stock or what is happening with my order. I need this item desperately and would rather order somewhere or something else rather than waste my time waiting for something that isn’t going to arrive. Otherwise get in contact with me to issue a refund. I am in contact with the support team yet every time I ask for an update they avoid the question.

Xtremeinn finances itself for free by its customers

I had ordered a product (inline skates) first from the seller's website (Xtremeinn). The initial delay was long (1 month). Moreover, the delivery date was repeatedly delayed, until it finally reached 1 more month. I then cancelled my order and received a refund. I then ordered the same product on Amazon, but from the same seller (TradeIn) without noticing it at first because of the different name. They sent me the wrong size. I then returned the product and was refunded. In the end, for the same two orders, this seller kept my money for about 3 months, without me receiving any product. This is unacceptable, especially as I suspect that this seller is deliberately practising a policy of orders that end up being cancelled or returned by customers simply in order to have the customers' cash for a certain period of time, thus financing himself for free by his customers. For these reasons, I strongly advise against this seller.

So far, nothing.

So far, I have received nothing. I've emailed multiple times about my inline skates, and I have had no response. This is very discouraging. I can't even get a proper tracking number, and I even paid extra for shipping so they'd be here by the 5th. We're here, and still no packages. (delivery between the 28th and 5 of may was what I was told at purchase for my delivery. )
Edit: what on earth or you talking about?? That's not my address at all!! I live in the states, y'all. Not canada, though that is wish full thinking.

Absolutely avoid dealing with this…

Absolutely avoid dealing with this company, shocking customer service, items take an age to arrive and my latest order is still to arrive after 3 weeks!!

Still waiting for refund -Update

Returned product 5 weeks ago (22069110) still have not received a refund. I appreciate it takes 3-4 weeks for delivery, but according to the returns tracking my product has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere 5 days after I returned it.
Should have read reviews about poor returns service. So that's my bad.
Would like to know when I will get the refund.

I have certainly not had my refund.

a touch slow but good experience

A lot of people here saying they had a bad experience so I just wanted to say I bought 2 inflatable kayaks on this site. Got them delivered to London. The price was excellent and although delivery did take quite a while, they arrived in perfect condition. Very happy

never had something so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

never had something so bad! my daugher could not receive the parcel as she was not at home. What happened next? Without any notice the parcel was sent back (no second delivery attempt nor other pick up / delivery options, nor information given) and now we are waiting for refund even if we repeately asked to send it back.. according to the track the parcel has reached the premises more than 1 week ago... but so far any form of communication has been received.. and of course they reply on the other review to save thei a** that the parcel has been delivered!!!! Are you kidding me ? YES you are, YES you are the worst online shop I've never came across!

I ordered a rip curl hooded sunseeker…

I ordered a rip curl hooded sunseeker from this company back in November and I have not recieved it yet I tried to email them in which case I was told the email did not exist then I left a message with customer services where I was told that because of the covid situation deliveries will be later than usual which is complete rubbish because I have ordered other things after this which I have already recieved but that's OK because I have reported this company to trading standards they won't get away with taking peoples money and not deliver the goods
